3. Booking & Engagement

Filling out our contact form or emailing us does not constitute a legal agreement. All services begin with a confirmed written agreement or paid consultation.

4. Pricing and Payment

• All fees are in CHF and include VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Invoices are issued upon booking confirmation and payable within 10 days.
• Some advisory packages require full prepayment prior to project launch.

5. Cancellation Policy

• 72+ hours in advance: Full refund or free reschedule.
• 48–72 hours: 50% of the fee is retained.
• Less than 48 hours: No refund available.

6. Client Responsibilities

• Provide complete and accurate information related to preferences, budgets, and legal documents.
• Maintain timely communication during the property and legal process.
• Ensure any third-party authorizations (e.g., power of attorney) are valid and delivered as needed.

7. Confidentiality & Data

• All information shared is handled confidentially and in line with Swiss data protection law.
• We never sell or share personal data without your explicit consent.
• Secure digital channels are used for file exchange and sensitive communication.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions to reflect service changes or legal updates. Latest versions will always be available on our website.

9. Jurisdiction

All services are governed by Swiss law. Legal disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the Canton of Aargau.
